MembershipPolicies and ProceuresMembership Fees: Your annual membership fee of $15.00 may be paid for through PayPal or personnel check, payable to Michelle Halbsgut, mailed to the AAW office at 1504 Concord Ct, Quakertown, PA 18951. (Please include home and/or cell phone number on check) Your membership fee must be paid for before your first event registration. Membership benefits begin after the membership fee has been received. Membership Benefits: As a member, you will receive discounted rates on all events and activities, minimum $5.00 and more. You are also entitled to advertise in our classified section of the website. And you will receive automatic updates to changes of events, activities and information in the website. A newsletter is available upon request. How to register for an event: All AAW events must be paid in full at time of registration, unless otherwise indicated. You may register for events using PayPal or credit card by clicking the Add to Cart buttons, then once you have everything you need, checkout and pay. Or if you prefer to pay by check, simply use the Add to Card buttons, but instead of paying via PayPal, print out your shopping card and mail it in with your payment. Be sure to include your name, address, email, and phone numbers so we can identify and contact you if necessary. However, your registration will not be confirmed until the payment is received. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail. Cancellation and Refund Policy: If a participant cancels an event before an AAW deadline, they will receive all but $10.00 back for administrative fees. If a participant cancels an event after the registration deadline from another outfitter (a company that AAW has signed up an event with), no refund will be given. However, the participant may choose to find a replacement for her registration reservation. In the event that a trip or activity is cancelled by AAW due weather or the minimum number of participants was not met, you will receive a full refund and no administration fees will be withheld or you can apply the amount to a future event. If AAW must cancel an event due to another outfitters circumstance, the outfitters cancellation policy will apply. Carpooling: At times, AAW offers carpooling options with meeting locations. It is advisable to contact the AAW office if you are interested in carpooling to reserve a space. However, that space will not reserved until payment in full is received.
